We needed to rebuild our two car garage in Berkeley. In the process we interviewed 4 contractors to give us bids to complete the job. Needless to say U S Accurate Construction was hands down a winner from the beginning.

Our experience with Fred has been impeccable, their bid was not the lowest, but we were so impressed with the company and Fred's professionalism, we never gave it a second thought.

From the start of the process to completion Fred has been exceptionally thorough in his job.

The crew showed up when they said they would, they left the construction site perfectly clean. They were considerate of the neighbors. At every step of the way Fred kept us up to date with the progress, all city inspections passed flawlessly.

We had heard about all the delays and nightmares people have experienced with construction and contractors, but our job seems like a dream. Never once did we have a problem or a hiccup.

A minor misunderstanding in the beginning of the process due to something the architect had not clarified, was cleared up by Fred, without any drawn out drama.

Fred and U S Accurate builders are consummate professionals, hats off for a job well done, on time and on budget.

I need to add that this is not our first construction job, we have dealt with other contractors and have remodeled other properties, but none have been executed so flawlessly and painlessly.
